Simone is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She has worked in critical care, urgent care, internal medicine and weight loss management. As your provider, Simone will conduct urgent care consultation to serve your medical needs in the best manner. For weightloss and wellness she will conduct an extensive assessment and create a custom weight loss plan that includes the medication and supplies, an entire nutritional cookbook with delicious healthy recipes, grocery lists and weekly meal plans and a workout planner along with multiple exercise routine that is tailored for you. Obesity is a common, serious and costly chronic disease that can increase your risk of several debilitating and fatal diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease and certain Cancers.
