Wellness Injections Near You: NAD+, MIC B12, Glutathione and Tri-Immune Across Stroudsburg, the Poconos, NJ, NY and DE

Written and medically reviewed by Simone Blount, FNP-BC · Last reviewed October 18, 2026

NAD+, MIC B12, glutathione and Tri-Immune injection vials at a wellness clinic in Stroudsburg PA near the Poconos

Patients reach our office at 556 Main St, Suite 113 in Stroudsburg from all over the Poconos, across the Delaware River from New Jersey, from the New York border towns and, by telehealth, from Delaware. The most common question we hear is simple: which wellness injections can I get, and how does that work from where I live? This guide answers that, region by region.

Short answer: we offer four intramuscular wellness injections — NAD+, MIC B12, glutathione and Tri-Immune. Every injection starts with a provider review of your health history and medications. Injections are given in person at our Stroudsburg office. Patients outside the Poconos usually start with a telehealth visit and then come in for injections, often on the same trip as labs or a follow-up. We do not offer IV hydration or drips.

The four injections at a glance

NAD+

NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells use to make energy. Levels decline with age. Patients ask about it for fatigue, mental fog and recovery. Evidence in humans is still early, so we frame it as support, not a cure. More detail is on our NAD+ page.

MIC B12

MIC B12 combines methionine, inositol and choline (lipotropics) with vitamin B12. It is popular with patients on GLP-1 medical weight loss, who may eat less and want B12 support. True B12 deficiency is confirmed with labs, which we can order through metabolic lab testing.

Glutathione

Glutathione is an antioxidant the body makes on its own. Patients ask about it for oxidative stress and skin. Research is mixed, so we set honest expectations before the first shot.

Tri-Immune

Tri-Immune combines vitamin C, zinc and glutathione for immune support, often before travel or busy seasons. It does not replace vaccines or medical care when you are sick.

Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg

Local patients have the easiest access. All four injections — NAD+, MIC B12, glutathione and Tri-Immune — are available at the Main Street office. Most visits take under ten minutes once your plan is set. Many patients pair a weekly or biweekly MIC B12 with their GLP-1 check-ins or hormone therapy follow-ups.

Available here: NAD+ injection, MIC B12 injection, glutathione injection, Tri-Immune injection.

Monroe County and the Poconos

Patients from Tannersville, Mount Pocono, Delaware Water Gap, Brodheadsville, Pocono Pines and surrounding towns drive in to Stroudsburg. To save trips, we try to line up injections with your other appointments, such as testosterone therapy monitoring or peptide therapy visits.

Available to Poconos patients at our Stroudsburg office: NAD+ injection, MIC B12 injection, glutathione injection, Tri-Immune injection.

New Jersey (Warren and Sussex County)

Stroudsburg sits minutes from the Delaware River. Patients from Columbia, Blairstown, Hackettstown, Phillipsburg and Sussex County often find our office closer than options in their own state. New Jersey patients can do their first consult by telehealth, then come in for injections.

Available to New Jersey patients, given in our Stroudsburg office: NAD+ injection, MIC B12 injection, glutathione injection, Tri-Immune injection.

New York (Port Jervis and the border towns)

Patients from Port Jervis, Orange County and the Sullivan County border use telehealth for planning and follow-ups. Injections themselves are given in person in Stroudsburg, so many New York patients schedule them with a lab draw or a quarterly review.

Available to New York patients, given in our Stroudsburg office: NAD+ injection, MIC B12 injection, glutathione injection, Tri-Immune injection.

Delaware

Delaware patients work with us mainly by telehealth for hormone care, weight loss and labs. Injections need an in-person visit to Stroudsburg. If the drive is not practical, we can talk about other options, such as practitioner-grade supplements, during your telehealth visit.

Available to Delaware patients with an in-person visit to Stroudsburg: NAD+ injection, MIC B12 injection, glutathione injection, Tri-Immune injection.

How a first injection visit works

1. Book a consult online or call (570) 664-7797. 2. Review your history, medications and goals with Simone Blount, FNP-BC, in person or by telehealth. 3. Get labs if they are needed, for example B12 levels. 4. Get your first injection in the office and set a schedule that fits your plan. See how it works for the full new-patient process.

Who should not get wellness injections

Injections are not right for everyone. Pregnancy, certain allergies, kidney problems, some cancers and some medications can change the plan. That is why we never give an injection without a provider review. If you have new or severe symptoms, see your primary care provider or urgent care first.

Paying for wellness injections

Wellness injections are generally self-pay. We accept credit, debit, HSA/FSA and CareCredit. Exact pricing depends on your plan and is shown at booking. Details are on our pricing and membership page.
